The best explanation of Humanianity is given at its Home page, at Humanianity.com.
The new addition to the site has been the Belief Manual component. The link to it is at the bottom of the Home page.
Think of the Belief Manual as a "Bible" for our species, one that can be accepted by everyone because of its nature, that is so much different from all other religious texts. These crucial differences are also explained on the Home page.
In addition to the wonderful things that we humans do, we also do terrible things. We have a very defective ethics, the ethics that is a part of our basic animal nature, that is based upon obedience to the most powerful. It has never worked well. The Humanianity concept is that we are just beginning to develop a different ethics, one based upon a different ultimate ethical principle, the REUEP. All that is explained on the Home page.
Everyone can contribute suggested beliefs to the Belief Manual. Any Humanian organization can endorse any of those beliefs, making them a part of the Belief Manual for that organization, and everyone can see any of those Belief Manuals (and can see how many such organizations endorse each of those beliefs). For an organization to endorse a belief means that its organizer has indicated that 90% or more of those Humanians considering the belief agree with it. This is a way for us to work toward coming together and cooperatively building a basic ethical philosophy for our species, one that can always be questioned and modified and improved as time goes on.
What I am asking Benito (or anyone else) to do is to develop a Humanian organization and register it at the Belief Manual site. It is all very easy to do. I believe the website is self-explanatory.
